Shipping rates will vary based on package weight and shipping address. Shipping costs will be shown during the checkout process before payment.
Processing time is 1 to 2 business days. All orders received after 2pm Pacific Standard Time will be processed on the next business day.

When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of placing the order. The email will contain the shipment details, your tracking number and link to the carrier's website. To track an order, click the tracking number near the bottom of the email. To track orders placed on ditocosmetics.com, please visit the "My Account" area. You need to be logged in to access your account information. If you receive a confirmation email after 2 pm PST on Friday, please track your order by next Monday.
In case of orders that has already been shipped but couldn't be delivered due to wrong shipping addresses provided by our customers, we won't be able to refund the shipping fees. For orders with free shipping, in case of refunds, we will deduct the shipping fees if the order couldn't be delivered due to wrong shipping addresses provided by our customers.
Customs and import taxes
Depending on your country, you might have to pay the customs an extra import tax for them to release your parcel. We don't have control over import taxes as it's different from a country to another.
Business day and holidays
All orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States. Depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after 2pm PST, it will be processed on the next business day.
Packages will not be shipped from our distribution center on weekends or during the following US holidays:
